Bill is wrong

My broadband should've been upgraded on the 30th of this month. I have been charged for being out of contract yet I've signed up for a new contract at the beginning of the month. You're about to take £20 more a month out of my account

Not us.

You'll have to speak to Sky about this.  Possibly your bill was altered after being generated and it was too late to adjust - the following bill should though.

 

Do not be tempted to withhold payment.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Bills are created in advance so if you upgrade doesn't take place until next week then then you should see this new contract on your first available bill after the upgrade.
