ACCOUNT DETAILS

Hi,

I pay Sky Ireland each month for Sky Broadband but I have never received a contract from Sky by email. I therefore have no knowledge of my Sky Acccount number. This matter has come to my attention because I have just noted an doubling of the cost. This indicates that my contract period has come to an end. With account details I cannot contact Sky to set up a new contract so I believe the only option is to instruct my bank to stop any future claims for payment from Sky and then start again.

Is there another option?

That really isn't a good idea @Peter341 because when payments fail your account will be suspended and a missed payment will appear on your credit record if they can take take it.

A much better idea is to speak to Sky Ireland and ask them both about your account number and the increasing price which might be due to a discount coming to an end, they might offer you a further discount if you agree to a new 24 month contract.

With an account number you can setup an online account so you can both access your accoiunt and billing.
