It was escalated to the app team and the issued was resolved remotely. Have access to the sky store and all apps now

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Turns out that despite me receiving my puck, activating my account and even paying the first bill the system hadn't realized that the puck was delivered so as soon as the status was changed then access was available.
I had to call sky back and speak to a call handler who immediately realized the error and had it corrected within 24 hours.

Unfortunately my broadband has gone down within 24 hours of it being installed and have had no WiFi or broadband because of this since Friday. Message on MySky appa says an engineer will try to fix the error within 2-5 days, so far no confirmed date is available, not the best service.
Not had the best experience so far for a brand new customer who left VM after 23 years.
Seriously fed up at the moment.

Mysky_2018 error
Hi, I have the same issue on both paramount + and Discovery + apps on sky puck, unable to activate / sign in and coming up with error of Mysky_2018?
Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

I have this same issue on Sky pucks. New to Sky, have to two pucks, getting MYSKY_1018 error code for both Paramount+ and Discovery when following the setup instructions (Netflix has setup fine). Please advise what I should do?

Check on the MySky app that the boxes show as delivered if not call them and ask for the status to be changed.

Thanks - correct just shows despatched status for pucks. Called Sky and confirmed an error which they've escalated. Fingers crossed it gets resolved.

Mysky_2018
I am unable to sign up to Paramount+ or Netflix as a new account on Sky. Paramount+ gives mysky_2018 error and Netflix also gives an error. Have tried updating software but this hasn't helped.
