I have just received a letter saying I am entitled to Discovery+ standard.
Followingnth e instructions I went into My Sky when I try to get into sky shop I get the following error code mysky_1018.
If I go to the app on the home screen to set up Discovery+ I get the code mysky_1018 error code mysky_2018.

Called sky Saturday, they didn't know what the issue was and forwarded me to the App team. They also didn't know what it is so it was flagged and I am waiting for someone to confirm what the issue is today, the person I spoke to was off Sunday and yesterday.
