I get this error for both Dicovery+ and Paramount app both are included in my subscription.

I have been getting the same error, can't even access the sky store. Puck is upto date and yet still can't access paramount plus

UPDATE: It did fix itself overnight!

Mine has failed to fix itself, you would think thank with my bill paid and services being used that the system would recognise this and allow activation.

New sky stream user, have followed the set up guides made sure the stream puck is up to date and have paid my first bill. I cannot use Paramount + or sky shop. The following errors keep appearing,

I've got Sky Cinema with paramount plus but when I try to get it through sky story an error message SKY_2018 is coming up. Only got the box yesterday
