Hi Community,
So it's a week today since I've been a Sky customer with Sky Stream.
Up till now I've been really pleased, however today I am experiencing really bad pixelation across all channels on Sky Stream.
I'd say it's so bad it has become unwatchable.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

First of all, check your network connection. If you're connected to your broadband via WiFi run a network check using the Netflix app. Open the Netflix app and go to the get help section. Run a network check there and see what speed is being received by the puck. You need a minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
A regular reboot of your puck is often useful for flushing out cache gremlins which can slow things down.
Also a reboot of your router can sometimes help too.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.
As mentioned above, a good way to test, doing a few netflix app speed test on your pucks over say a fifteen minute period.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
