I am still getting this message and cannot watch Legend Extra, this is the third day now.
I've had no replies from the email address suggested (except the automated one).
when will this be resolved as it's ridiculous that we are being asked to upgrade subscriptions to watch a free view channel. I have again tried a puck reset and that has not helped.
So frustrating as I watch this channel often (or did)

I like the older shows on there, Knight Rider currently the show I watch on there in the evening so nothing I've not seen before but frustrating to have to look for something else when I want something specific 🙂

I don't currently subscribe to cinema
It's working on Satellite without a Cinema subscription (which may have no relevance whatsoever)

@Paul+Dray you should see a blue/red bubble somewhere across the bottom of the forum page when logged in
if you don't see it make sure JavaScript is enabled or try a different browser also make sure you aren't hiding the ip address

You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

As Sky are saying this is resolved the chat invite may have been withdrawn.

Just to say I've had this issue for the last few days but as of 14:20 it is up and running
