Reward link not working

I have just received an email to give me a voucher as a friend referred me to sky. But the link on the email doesn't work. Just takes a while then shows Error 504 bad gateway.

How can I get the voucher?

Responding just because I am also having the same issue. The site loads after a while, but when I put the voucher in, it says the code is incorrect.

I can't even get that far.

I've just tried again and my issue is sorted. It probably took about an hour from getting the email to getting access.

Give it an hour and come back to it maybe.
