Sound is fine when watching Sky Q but when we play recordings the sound echos, The software is Q230.000.14.00L(5nf3ptk) and the hardware is32C009. Not very tech savvy so don't really understand what those numbers mean. Any advice would be appreciated or do we need an engineer, thank you.

Hi @baypainter
All the main sound characteristics are governed by the Receiving Audio device.
Ie Your TV or Amp /Soundbar if you use one.
The only Q option is to try the different Audio settings in the Q box
Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual.
Try the different HDMI Audio settings ie Dolby Digital or Normal

@oldfella Thank you for that info, we were wondering wether it could be the television but weren't sure which of the equipment would be causing the problem. Couldn't understand why we only had the problem when playing back recordings and not any other time.

Hi @baypainter
Have you tried the different options in the Q box Settings?
