Sound

Just had sky installed and now the sound quality is horrendous 😐 all crackling and muffled. The bot said check viewing mode but I don't have that option! Can anyone help 😊

Ok cool. Just so that you know, that's called a Sky Stream Puck. You might see people in this commmunity refer to that when helping you.

 

I think the first thing to do is to go to settings and in sound settings change the "digital output hdmi" or similarly named to Dolby Digital. If that doesn't make a difference try PCM.
