No signal in the KT23 area. Anyone else experiencing problems?
Sky engineer booked but earliest appointment is 31.10.23.

Hi @LeeTW
Satellites transmissions are not localised like Tesrrestrial Freeview or Broadband - they cover the whole of the UK.
Thus your problem will be down to something with your own dish, cabling or receiver.
I am sorry that you can't get an engineer earlier

Over the next few days/week, check your Track my order in the Mysky app or Mysky account online, as you sometimes get an opportunity to choose an earlier appointment..
