No signal KT23 area

No signal in the KT23 area. Anyone else experiencing problems?

 

Sky engineer booked but earliest appointment is 31.10.23.

Hi @LeeTW 

 

Satellites transmissions are not localised like Tesrrestrial Freeview or Broadband - they cover the whole of the UK. 

 

Thus your problem will be down to something with your own dish, cabling or receiver. 

 

I am sorry that you can't get an engineer earlier

Satellite signal is not area defined. The whole country would be out. It'll be an issue with your dish or set up. You'll have been given the first available appointment in your area.

As mentioned, your satellite signal will be s problem with your dish.

Over the next few days/week, check your Track my order in the Mysky app or Mysky account online, as you sometimes get an opportunity to choose an earlier appointment..
