Can't 'open' my Netflix app. Just getting that annoying red circle going around and around. I'm paying for the service through my Sky subscription. This has been going on for over a month. So frustrating...

@Chodley I have to power off the skybox and back on then Netflix loads as long as you have not accessed other apps

It's not a fix, but a quicker workaround if netflix isn't loading (rather than rebooting sky box) is to open any other streaming service and then opening netflix.
Works everytime.

Some other people have had luck with that too but some not. It's weird.

Got it sorted, finally got through to customer service and they talked me through doing an app refresh. Sttings update then app refresh worked. I had to sign into all of my apps again but at least it worked.

Hi my netflix in bith sky boxes will not work. It laods woth the red circle movikg thsts it. Happened now for over a week very frustrating tried everything
