After weeks of frustration I loaded Amazon Prime then Netflix and it worked!, I tried before loading BBC iPlayer but that didn't work. Hopefully it will work again when I actually want to watch it.

Just follow the post linked above yours, loading other apps seems to be only temporary.

Netflix not loading

I have Netflix through my Sky Q package, of late everytime I try to go into itthe screen doesn't load, there's just a N on the screen and it looks like it's trying to load but never does. I've tried unplugging the box, leaving it for a bit a reconnecting. Unfortunately Netflix still doesn't load. I can't even get onto the pick user screen so I can't even log out.

I'm experiencing the spinning circle on the mini box in our kitchen. The main box in the lounge took a little while but did load eventually.

 

I've filled out the form.

But now system seems quicker and Netflix loading instantly. Fingers crossed it lasts but at least I know it works.

Right, I couldn't do step 7. Signed in on laptop, signed out of all devices, restarted main Sky Q box and upstairs mini box that had failed, started Netflix on tv upstairs and was working again. Think as long as you sign out of all devices and restart your Sky Q boxes you should be good. Fingers crossed 🤞.  Good luck.

Can sky block signal of Netflix as I pay Netflix direct and now not working.

Since last week I have been unable to access Netflix from tv in bedroom through apps. All other apps are working apart from this. Same in main sky Q box however can get in through Netflix on tv screen as new tv but tv in bedroom does not have this option as a couple of years old. 
raging at sky as spent the best part of an hour on phone with them updating system/tv and apps for them to offer me it through sky. I feel they are deliberately blocking or scrambling signal as I pay this direct to Netflix and not sky.

Any advice appreciated

Yes. Sane if i try in livingroom but can go in through other route on this tv
