Unable to see my order on my account

I ordered a new phone and contract which was confirmed, delivery date given. No email confirmation and when I now go into MY ACCOUNT it no longer appears. I phoned sky and the automatic system confirmed same delivery date, I've just gone back into MY ACCOUNT and it just says phone sky for tracking - whats going on ?

From what you have said you didn't  actually get to talk to someone which is what you need to do should you call Sky about this. It might just be a glitch on your online account but I would try to speak to someone so they can check for you,

I've tried to  every option was automated, exactly how is this done ?
