Sky Customer Service - how to contact

Hi,

 

Can people contact Sky Customer Service via live chat?

 

I cannot find it.

Live chat is not always available. Is it something we can advise you on? 

If you definitely need to call Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

Similar to calling a lot of large companies the start will be an automated response which may try to send you back to the forum.

I'm not sure there is a live chat for much these days but is your issue anything us fellow cistomers can help you with ?

Hi @Daniel0210 and @caesarome ,

 

Thank you for your replies.

 

I got the IPhone 14 Pro, which was delivered yesterday, and I have no SIM, as my previous  13 one got lost by someone when in hospital last week.

 

I need to get my phone sorted so I can contact my carers etc 

 

 

How does the e-sim work please, would that help me get mine set up quicker?

@Nathan881  If you didn't order a replacement sim you may be able to convert it to an esim as per this help section https://www.sky.com/help/articles/esim-sky-mobile-convert-sim

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are customers here but what we can say is that Sky does not pay off existing mobile contracts with other networks.

This is NOT live chat to Sky, just an unfortunate thread title chosen by the OP.

 

Sky will not pay off your mobile contract with a competitor.

Refunds take 3-5 working days...

@emilyrafferty  What was the refund in respect of and has it been 3-5 working days since you last phoned

If you've contacted Sky they can normally get refunds sorted in 3-5 working days. What isthe refund for?

How are they expect us to call if the SIM is not working? Even to order replacement SIM I'm supposed to call. There must be another way for customers to contact support if they cannot make phone calls.
