Basically in october last year i retirned my mobile device, for some reason the first delivery got refused and then second tome around it delivered back to sky
the heading on the tracking says refused but whenyou look at the tracking history it shows as delivered
im deaf and need to use accessability but after 30 calls and over a 100 tomes going on chat im still getting nowhere, today i get an email asking me to pay my bill orherwise they will get a collection agency involved but the advior said i could cancel the direct debit and ignore the email and txts
Is there anywhere i can send the screensht showing the tracking and also send the recieot as im getting nowehre and its been 4 months!!

Yes I'm registered but I've contacted them 20/30 times via call and over 100 times on chat!!!
