Sim linked to someone else

I got a SIM card for my son to use on his phone and he's receiving someone else's messages and there's a profile picture linked to his number.

This happens sometimes as all mobile numbers are recycled so it appears that this one was once with somebody else. All you can do is to give Sky a call on 150 in the morning to see if they will let you cancel this one and order another and while this might happen again it is the best you can do.
