I have no service in Mauritius
Hi,
Arrived in Mauritius Saturday and recieved the welcome text. Updated all settings. Switched roaming on. Turned off spend cap. Added APN settings manually and still can't send/receive texts/phone calls or connect to data.

No signal abroad
I am aware of the wider "no signal abroad" issue however is there a timeframe of when this will be resolved?

No need for another thread so merged into the one you referred to. At present Sky haven't given an eta and are unlikely to until it's fixed.

Problems abroad
I arrived in Spain five days ago. For the first few days I was able to call and text but now they just fail. It's nothing to do with the spend cap and the settings all seem fine. I've switched it off and on a few times... any suggestions?

I'm in Germany and still no mobile data since waking up. Please can we have an ETA for this to be fixed?

Can’t use phone in Italy
I'm unable to get signal abroad. Is Sky sorting this issue? It's extremely inconvenient.
