We are getting scammed by a number on my @ partners phone how do we stop this please

can we claim our texts bill back

Hi @Raymond+Stuart the first thing to try is to text STOP to the number. Set your spend cap to zero so no more charges can be accrued. Have a look at the link below for more help and possibly claiming your money back from the number. Sky won't reimburse you as it's not their service.
