Wifi Calling

I have had my Samsung S23+ for the last few years but in recent month or so, the wifi calling simply stops working.

Restarting the phone sometimes enables it for a short period but then drops again.

 

The mobile signal around my house is poor so I rely on wifi calling to be able to make and recieve calls.

 

I changed to an eSIM to see if that would help but it makes no difference.

 

Not sure if this is a ohone issue or Sky issue or a SIM Issue

As per the posts abive the chat should remain open for 48 hours from

when it was sent so you should still see the chat bubble at the bottom of this page.

I can see the bubble but it seems to be an automated chat rather than direct conect

I believe once you enter what it asks you to you can then start the chat either the agent, although it isn't a live chat.

I asked my question in the chat bubble yesterday and sat watching it all afternoon with no response

It's not a live chat @NickB1066  so if you sent a question it's just a matter of waiting for a response.

You initially have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
