Change payment method and details.

I want to change my direct debit details for it to come out of different account. It is not working as it is under a different account holder who is actually using the phone. Can I ge help to still change it please?

I'm not sure Sky will take a DD from a different account name.  Perhaps a debit card will work instead?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you are not the account holder then you will have to ask the account holder if they can change the direct debit details, if they do all devices will be paid to from that account and not just yours.
