Text Message Error

I am a new customer have transferred my number over and my text messages still not working

Has Sky told you that your number has transfered over ?

What phone have you got ?

Yes, it was transferred over within a day - it's been live now for over a week I can make calls and use internet fine just any text messages aren't sending 

it's the iPhone17 Pro

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
