Sky Go worked on my mac book pro 13 inch 2017 on sunday. Since then each time I get a message saying 'Sky Go quit unexpectedly. I have uninstalled, Emptied trash and rebooted but the same thig happens, Wht is going on?

I got exactly the same problem, deleted the app cleared cache reinstalled it and exactly the same thing - trying to connect error code 001 - whatever this means???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have the app installed on a PC or Mac then make sure you have let Sky Go through any firewall you are using.

Had problems with SkyGo on my PC on and off for months now but actually had it working for a few weeks until yesterday then it downloaded an update and guess what....no longer working AND just shuts down..I raised a complaint months ago but just keep getting text messages or phone calls saying 'the apps team is still looking into this'...yeah right for the money we're all paying its appalling

This is the message that I get now when I try to use sky go on my MacBook pro.
Sky Go quit unexpectedly, click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.
It was working perfectly, then a few days ago it updates itself and has never worked since. Any help out there as sky is not very helpful.

Same problem here. Mac os sonoma, crash after last update.
Are you also on the italian app version?

Has anyone got a solution for this. Tried re-installing a number of times and still does not work. No one from Sky going to give advice?

Having the same issue, Installed, Cleared Cache, Downloaded latest.... Quits everytime I launch it:

Did the usual ....uninstall then reinstall several times ensuring all Sky folders are deleted each time and hey guess what its working again..Sky meantime have closed down my 'complaint' clearly they don't give one......

I have also had this issue for about a month. I assumed it was just me. I have followed all of the recommended fixes which have not made any difference.
I have filled out the form above. Hoping for a fix soon.
