Middle light is orange

The middle light on my router is flashing orange, I have done all of the tests and taken all the steps and it isn't working.

 

I am really not happy with this service

I reset from the back of the box and it sorted out the issue. Been fine ever since 🙂

It's not worked for me and it also happened during the night too so my daughters lullabies didn't play.

I'm having the same issue in LN11 but Sky Checker says no issues !

I take that you are all referring to the service checker? Have any of you ran the broadband test to see if it picks up any faults?

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 Yep tried all that, but that isn't working either. Only had this hub since September 🙄

@Just_JoolesWhat happens when you click on the Sky broadband one that is red, does that allow you to do anything else?

I just keep tapping away for it to diagnose itself and I get as far as sorry this service isn't available; the orange light eventually goes on and I can watch to for a bit then I get an error message, look at the hub and it's flashing orange again. Very intermittent, but been doing it for two days now.
