I have just bought sky broadband sky but it’s not appearing on my account as procuct

I have just bought sky broadband sky but it’s not appearing on my account as product and can't see the tracking number for the order , no order number

If you placed your order today then you need to give it 24 hours or possibly until Monday for your account to be updated regarding this order.
