Chrome on my mobile.

Called SKY this evening, automated service. It did a test  on the line, fault found, so then it did a more indept 3 minute test and automation told me an engineer needs to attend but I have to call tomorrow between 8am and 9pm to arrange. Grrrrrrrr. 3 days now of no internet, only had the hub since September 😞

@Just_Jooles  If it is an external fault then the network itself is maintaned by Openreach who are the network provider. Let us know how you get on tomorrow to get the engineer booked.

Hi everyone,

 

Hope you all get it fixes.

 

I had an openreach engineer out today, I had water in my connection Box outside and it was replaced.

 

So far no issues this evening
