Hello. The engineer didn’t install my broadband due to a system error (address not match) .

Hello. The engineer didn’t install my broadband due to a system error (address not match) and after 6 days the system is still showing that my installation is due so is stuck and I cannot get another appointment for installation because of that. Anywone heard about this issue?

What can i do?
