Hello, Yesterday afternoon, my Macbook laptop stopped connecting to the wifi. My ipad and iPhone and connects fine to wifi.
I CAN connect macbook to my phone hotspot.
Apple senior tech support carried out all the checks and said because I can connect to hotspot without changing anything, there is something wrong with the Wifi and I must contact Sky.
Can anyone suggest how to get help? Thanks in advance!

PS. I have tried to get my router stats as usual but the 192 page will not allow me to login.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sjw2020 if you have not already done so tell your laptop to forget the Sky hub and then reboot and try again from scratch.
