My current broadband provider is charging too much

I have just negotiated a new contract for broadband with sky but wish to cancel as my current provider is going to charge £470 to exit

You'll need to persist with contacting Sky as soon as possible to get the switch cancelled: they will only cover £100 of that bill.

 

I'll escalate your post, but realistically staffing levels are now reduced until the new year.
