Discussion topic: One laptop not showing sky on the list of available network

One laptop not showing sky on the list of available network despite it placed next to the router. This laptop has been tested on other networks so I am 100% sure it is issue with Sky. I tried all advise I could find, reset router, wps etc. What to do? :((
