Moved house and on correct broadband package with boost but buddy not working any help pls

I have this issue following a new router - same address and pay for boost but says not the correct package- was working fine before!

@Mrsefox  Would seem that broadband buddy is being phased out and with no new control for parents to control when devices can connect to the internet. Everyone just has to wait to see what Sky is going to do.
