The engineers visited and said that the interent is set up but to wait for it to activate, it didnt activate so i tracked my order and it says that the engineers must visit first but they already did

Im sorry im not sure, because it was the only option available in my location so i just agreed and this is the device i got

That's a Q Hub, so it's FTTC rather than FTTP.
If today was the activation date, internet data might well not start flowing until midnight.
