Hi I've paid my bills it's all update can you turn my Internet back on

@Dude1977  Have you setup a new continuous payment method as that also needs doing

@Dude1977  No one here can turn your internet back on as this is a customer helps customer community.

 

You'll need to wait for payment to clear and also ensure you've setup a new direct debit.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
