@Dontay1  Unfortunately not calls are routed to the first available agent you can't choose your preference

Ok I will be going elsewhere when my contract has ended , I actually wanted to upgrade my broadband but I will speak to EE today , they have more attractive offers anyway

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. I'm not sure which providers, if any, only use UK based call centres.

@C16 Yes you can, but you need to call Sky to do so. The forum as already mentioned is a customer to customer support platform.
