Boardband never delivered

I was waiting new boardband arrived that did NOT arrived. And you ask me to return it this year that new boardband not been arrive. And ask me to pay £53.

Your post is difficult to understand. Can you try explaining what's happened including why Sky were sending you a new hub?

@NevCole  Are you referring to a broadband hub?   

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
