Sky Glass none of the channels are working tried calling Sky they have a message on saying there are sone issues they are working on. The Apps are all working but hubby won't be pleased if he misses the F1 today! 😡

So a couple of hours wait means wanting to watch live f1 race is a no then sky you seriously need proper testing updates . You will have a lot of angry f1 fans upset that your so called live once service is pretty much pointless to anyone with a skyglass or stream device right now!!!
Defo give all customers with streaming devices 1 month free

my sky glass LIVE tv isnt working! says 'please wait for programme to load'.......i have turned tv off then on etc, still no joy. i am able to watch apps only. Please SKY can you fix? thank you

There always an ongoing issue with Sky Glass, what are you doing about all the glitches with this system. Refund for todays viewing (or lack of) would be a start.

you will need to contact sky directly about the possible credit once the issue is fixed

I am having the same problem it has been all morning. If this carries on need a refund for the time unable to use

I can switch on the puck ok, control is working, but when I select any channel, it is either a blue blank screen or will be ok for a few minutes before I lose pictures, then sound and finally a message appears stating 'wait whilst uploading content'. Broadband appears to be fine. Only started at 10am today.

We are receving reports that channels are returning, you may need to power off your TV/Puck with the remote and power back on the fthe channels to start loading.
