That's mine going off n on again tonight. Different message from yesterday thought. Just says technical fault with this channel please try later. This is terrible, half way through FBI when it went again. Give up now. Away to bed to read instead of messing about with this again. 🤬

@Sausagesauce This is a User forum and we are all Sky customers like yourself. You will need to phone Sky to discuss any changes to your Sky package. Good luck 🤞😀

Virgin media internet customer here.
for what feels like the millionth time since getting sky glass in February I have
no internet connection on my glass tv
no internet connection on my pucks
all three say the following errors
your internet connection is down
we are connected to your router but we can't connect to the internet.
this has happened so many times since I have had it.
I am at my wits end.
im in a four year credit agreement and a minimum contract.
just trapped with this rubbish,
sky q was so much better. At least it worked.

Sky glass was freezing and showing technical fault ot wait for programme to load. Spent most of the morning g on sky help on twitter. Eventually told to speak to Techsee? Once I got through I was told to switch everything off , which I had done with every fault , was then given a WiFi booster( nothing to do with fault) for another room and told that was it fixed . How can it be brand when nothing else has a problem, its tv and they know it .
Tv was OK till 2214 tonight and yes you guessed it, blue screen and technical fault , disgrace.......

Sky is a joke and I've had enough, everytime i call up they just ask me to turn it off at the wall. Yes that does resolve it but come on? Mulitple times a day. Are we the mugs here? On top of the thousands of repetative adverts we have to sit through (yes i know we can skip manually at a cost). I'm cancelling the full service and just using the streaming apps.
