Unfortunately there is a service outage and Sky are working on it.

@Khibbert There is currently a known issue under investigation by sky, see the marked answer for latest update

Do we get a discount or something because this isn't our fault this has been going on for sometime

Programmes won’t load

Keeps saying programmes won't load and picture freezes and then stops loading,  not an issue with broadband as I've tested that and it's fine. 
anyone got any ideas on how to solve this issue please?

I am annoyed with my sky glass! live TV wont work, it keeps saying wait for programme to load. i have tried the turn it on/off trick, my wi-fi is working fine. Sky is not cheap! please FIX THIS SKY TEAM!! my apps work ok though

a reboot or master reset is not going to fix this issue - it's a service wide issue 

 

sky are aware as per their status page  - don't waste you time trying to call them 

 

unfortunately the only fix is to wait ......

Sky Glass is Rubbish

Why is it that Sky Glass does not seem to be able to stream standard channels and shows the message "Please wait for your programme to load"?

I have c900mbps up and download speeds and so it is not the broadband. It seems to stream apps ok but television is a bloody nightmare.

Some news and sports channels are showing technical fault and are unavailable, other channels are gi

Picture and sound stutter, freeze and then show "technical fault. Please try later"

same fault on both Glass TV and puck in kitchen. CN watch same channel through Sky Go on my phone at the same location. 
using the speed checker in Netflix my internet speed is around 72Mbps.
