Hi everyone - my friend recently applied and has now got Sky stream - she has paid her first direct debit - I have sent her the link so we can secure the vouchers as advertised - but nothing is working - though I have spoken to a Sky individual about this - he sent me link but nothing working - does Sky actually want to give any vouchers - because they are making it very difficult to access. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Why haven't I received a voucher code in my email for a refer a friend offer? I have met all the criteria of 45 days etc my friend that referred me also hasn't received one.

I referred a friend on 29 November 24 me and my friend have still not received our vouchers, trying to speak to some one to have this solved is unbelievable. Not happy!
