Youve added to a thread last posted on a month ago but given no reason for your comment. I referred a family member before Christmas and the process was faultless.

I have the same problem and just end up going round in circles with the virtual assisstant. Have you managed to get it sorted

Hi. I have also had the same message saying my voucher had been claimed. Not recieved, no e-mail. DIid you have any luck.

Good evening I referred a friend in November last year and she's paid her bill but neither of us have revived our voucher, who are we meant to contact, I can't seem to find any support or advice on line anywhere

My friend and I have been waiting 8 months.  We keep receiving the stock response "the vouchers are out of stock, wait 14 days" which is unsatisfactory after an 8 month wait.  Has anyone been able to escalate this matter?

Thanks for the welcome and the link.  I guess I can plod on emailing them but essentially Sky are not going to honour the promised refer-a-friend vouchers to us.  Shame.
