Our broadband and house phone were down for two weeks and Sky and Netflix were out for three weeks. Is there a simple way to request a refund or do I need to ring Sky Support?
I was expecting some explanation - and was promised a notification when the problem was solved - but I've heard nothing.
Thanks

@SKY1992bf Thanks, I'll look out for that but do you think they might automatically give me a refund or would you recommend that I give them a reminder of the outage?
It isn't a refund it is a credit the gets added to your account that will then be used against a future bill. I would leave it for at least 5 weeks since the broadband/talk issue was fixed and if it hasn't been added to your account then contact Sky about it.
