@Super+Anthony  As the last update was Monday the next update will most likely not by until Monday!

@Super+Anthony

The thread won't be updated over a weekend which I'm sure has been mentioned a number of times on previous monthly threads.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - July 2023

It's supposed to be every Friday and please I don't want a response saying maybe there was no one in the office. That's a poor excuse.

Don't need your unhelpful responses either thank you very much. Let the Sky people comment as they are much more helpful

@Super+Anthony  For reference sky staff only work standard office hours

there will be no updates on a weekend/bank holiday

There's no 'supposed to' about it. The Community Managers provide updates weekly.

@Super+Anthony

There is no 'supposed to be'. I don't expect it's a priority for staff on any day of the week. Any updates will appear in due course.

And in their free time

they could quite easily stop these updates, it is not a given service

No it isn't this has been explained previously to you that no one has ever said updates will be done on a Friday, just weekly.

And again we have to explain to you that this thread is updated due to goodwill of Staff and is never ever guaranteed.

I look forward to your poist next week complaining about the lack of updates on a Friday.

And a week from last Monday is next Monday. It's hardly critical.

"This list is updated weekly for the week ahead but may still change."

it's the principle really to have the updates
