Had the new fibre connection installed today. Somehow the landline cannot accept or make calls.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit because if it does your phone connection needs to be plugged into the back of it.

I have since been advised by Sky to connect my phone directly onto the hub. It was previously cont configured in this manner. This meant that I had to reposition my phone nearer to the hub!
Iwish that Sky warned us in advance about this possible connectivity issue.
