Our sky channels are not working although bbc, itv etc are. A message says 'that the viewing card is not working. If you have a new viewing card replace it.' We have not got a new viewing card. We are on starlink

If you ordered Sky Q your viewing card will have been flagged for cancel at that time and now the cancellation has completed thus you will need to get Sky to send out a replacement card

We have Starlink and were told by sky we couldn't have skyQ so we are on skyhd+

@J13 If you was sent a Sky Q card you can use that in a Sky+ box 🙂

Can you start from the beginning and tell us the full story ?
Have you ordered Sky Q for example ?

I too have the same problem and cant get through to speak with a person only the phone bot.
I have carried out the tips and reboot etc but still not working. The card is years old and never given any problems before. There is no card numbers shown in settings menu so looks like a new card is requied.
Can anyone from Sky help?

Thanks all,
The q box is almost 9 years old now with the origonal viewing card.
I have now contacted Sky who confirmed they will send out a new card; if this does not fix the issue then a new Q box will be send out.

My sky card has what appears to look like a burn mark on it and no longer works can I have a replacement card please?

@Stuo11 what error message are you seeing? The card isn't actually burnt. Brown discolouration around the chip is normal.
