Our sky channels are not working although bbc, itv etc are. A message says 'that the viewing card is not working. If you have a new viewing card replace it.' We have not got a new viewing card. We are on starlink

We have Starlink and were told by sky we couldn't have skyQ so we are on skyhd+

I too have the same problem and cant get through to speak with a person only the phone bot.
I have carried out the tips and reboot etc but still not working. The card is years old and never given any problems before. There is no card numbers shown in settings menu so looks like a new card is requied.
Can anyone from Sky help?

Thanks all,
The q box is almost 9 years old now with the origonal viewing card.
I have now contacted Sky who confirmed they will send out a new card; if this does not fix the issue then a new Q box will be send out.
