My sky +hd box won't let me use catchup tv. I've reset box reset internet and still not working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt does look like an issue with the broadband speed reaching your Sky box. Is your Sky box connected via wifi or ethernet cable?
The other alternative is that your Sky box has developed a fault, though I haven't seen a similar issue reported here before, which suggests that's unlikely.

Connection via huawie Wi-Fi by three. Says connection ok though and good signal. Will let me record any Chanel and play it back ok. Just suddenly won't let me catch up and record it 🤔

Is this cellular broadband rather than fixed line? There are a number of posts on the Sky Q forum indicating problems with Three's 4G broadband and Sky's On Demand service, which probably explains it.
Recording from live TV doesn't require a broadband connection, so is unaffected.
