HBO Max Basic with Ads will be included for new and existing Sky Ultimate TV customers on Sky Stream or Sky Glass, and eligible Sky Q customers.

Sky+ customers will also be able to access HBO Max content, seamlessly integrated onto their Sky Homepage.

Whilst HBO Max is not included for Essential TV customers, they can upgrade to Ultimate TV or purchase an HBO Max subscription from Sky Marketplace.

HBO Max Basic with Ads will give customers access to some of the most watched & celebrated shows in the history of television. Blockbuster series, award-winning dramas and an amazing selection of Warner Bros movies.

How do I activate HBO Max with Sky?

On Sky.com or MySky:

• Go to TV and click Manage
• Click App Subscriptions
• Select Activate HBO Max
• Press Start Subscription (HBO Max will open in a new window)
• Sign-up with your email address. 

On your Q box, Stream or Glass:

• Select HBO Max from the Apps section or Use voice control to say "HBO Max"
• You will be given the option to use your Sky linked email or select a different email
• You will then be taken to HBO Max to create your .

If you have TNT Sports you will see that when activating your HBO Max app it will say activate "HBO Max with TNT Sports" 

Can I upgrade to different HBO Max tiers?

Yes, you can upgrade to another HBO Max tier by visiting Sky.com or MySky app and click TV> Manage> App Subscriptions and clicking on HBO Max to view upgrade options.
