Courier did not collect sky equipment

I have arranged a courier to collect the equipment twice. The second one was on 1 may 2026. I took the day off and no one came. 
I have since been billed as I still have their equipment. This is parasitic business practice.

@Michelle888 if you're expecting them to collect Sky+ equipment - the forum you've posted in - they won't.  You own it.

 

If you mean some other Sky equipment, please explain.

As the normal process is that you take the packaged equipment to a Post Office, or arrange the Royal Mail collection service, surely your gripe is with the courier you have arranged to collect it not Sky.
