Yes it says my Sky viewing card is not correctly inserted

@Mike-68 turn off your Sky box at the plug and remove your Viewing Card. Give the gold contacts a wipe with a soft, fluff-free cloth. After 4 minutes turn your Sky box back on and wait until it has started up. Then reinsert the Viewing Card, gold chip facing down.
