I have put up a similar post which seems to have been totally ignored by Sky. Could someone escalate this please. We have not been able to access Sky Shop or get Discovery+ (Ultimate Streaming Package) since we got the puck and keep getting this error message. We have tried every fix suggested and nothing works. Sky have now sent us a new puck but the problems are exactly the same.

This is now June 2025 . Why has this error code still not been resolved ?! Tried to set up paramount plus and this is what I get .

I'm having the same problem : Puck is showing as not delivered. Although we have happily activated it. We I get the same error codes when trying (unsuccessfully) to access the skyshop. I realise this must be a complete pain, but could you, the nice superuser please escalate my request as well. Many thanks.

Same here, changed from Sky Q to Sky Glass with streaming package, possibly worst move..errors, can't access Sky Shop MYSKY_1018 error code, unable to add Discovery+, less channels available overall which wasn't advised when being sold eg Rewind, Talking Pictures, That's TV plus others, Errors most frustrating for now Anyone know how to fix before deciding about a return

Getting error code MYSKY_2018 when trying to access sky store etc. Can someone please escalate to get this issue resolved.

I have recently bought sky broadband and to, all has been fine till I try to move to Discovery channel or even Ualibi hd or even try to up grade receive the same error 1018

Ok, so update from me. I have finally managed to activate my Paramount plus subscription but don't ask me how. I just kept trying the activation option until it finally worked. I still can't however access the Sky Shop due to this error. What I find most concerning is that after having to waste several hours on the phone, and the many many threads about this on here, Sky do not recognise this as a fault,  nor do they know how to deal with it!!!

Hi, I'm getting this same error too, also error MYSKY_2018, for both Paramount+ and Discovery+
